My figure studies are characterized by the strong and stylized color palette, as well as the gestural lines. With the intent of capturing the personality of the model and the fleeting moment of time, I prefer shorter drawing sessions to longer poses. My goal is for the lines to take on the qualities of handwriting - personal, unique, and automatic.
